On March 3, 2005 four young Alberta RCMP officers were

ambushed and gunned down in cold blood. Their killer,

James Roszko had a criminal record that spanned almost

thirty years - he should have been in prison. Canadians felt

that pain together, and as a country, we mourned together.

This tragedy cannot be forgotten; these young men cannot

and should not die in vain.

The questions as to how and why this tragedy occurred are

here for all to see. Only some of them have been answered,

and that is not acceptable. We cannot allow another James

Roszko to roam the streets, free to terrorize, assault and kill.

We do not have to accept this tragedy and walk away.

Prepare yourself for the realities and truths that will

provide the necessary knowledge to support change. My

sincere wish is that this knowledge will motivate

Canadians to step forward and use their voice. It is time for

the Liberal Government to listen - it is time for change.
